I've worked with clients onsite all across the United States so travel is generally not
a big issue. However, with many projects being web related and with most companies being on the web, it's
just as easy for me to work remotely. I'm open either way... |
| Hourly Rate |
My basic rate is $200 per hour plus expenses for short term projects that are less than 3 months. However, if the project is longer and/or you're a startup with a possible equity incentive to offer then I might be open to a little negotiating for a fixed monthly rate.

If you're a new client, expect to pay a reasonable deposit up front. Afterwards billing is done weekly with a net 10 days.
